*Coaching is provided via my app.
*It is online only, and you will be set up and treated like any normal paying client.
*Weekly tasks are set and must be adhered to, for coaching to continue for the agreed duration.
*If tasks are repeatedly not being completed then coaching will be terminated.
*Goals will be discussed and set from day 1, and following the plan will guarantee you reach those goals
